UnmuteUSA LLC (“UnmuteUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or shop through our website and related online storefronts that we operate or control (collectively, the “Site”). It also explains choices that may be available to you. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, including when you browse, place an order, communicate with customer service, create an account if account functionality is offered, or sign up for marketing communications if those programs are offered. It does not govern the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

2. Personal Information We Collect

(a) Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, account information if accounts are offered, customer-service communications, and marketing preferences.

(b) Payment information. Payments are processed through Stripe. If you select a payment option made available through Klarna or Affirm, that provider may also collect and process information directly from you. We may receive transaction status, limited payment-method information, fraud-prevention information, and other order-related data from payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

(c) Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and service providers that support the Site may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions with the Site, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers.

(d) Information from service providers. We may receive information from providers that help us operate the Site, fulfill and deliver orders, process payments, prevent fraud, provide analytics, or send communications.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

• process, fulfill, ship, and support orders, returns, refunds, and product-issue claims;
• process payments and help prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions;
• communicate with you about orders, customer service, security, and account administration;

• payment providers, including Stripe and, when selected by you, Klarna or Affirm;
• production, fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, and delivery providers;
• website hosting, security, information-technology, customer-support, and communications providers;
• analytics or advertising-technology providers, if and to the extent those technologies are used on the Site;
• professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and other service providers as reasonably necessary;
• law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property; and
• a purchaser, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising or analytics technologies ever constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under an applicable privacy law, we will provide any notice and choice mechanism required by that law.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for functions such as shopping-cart operation, session management, checkout, security, and remembering preferences. The Site is not configured by UnmuteUSA to respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. 6. Email and Text Messaging

If you choose to receive promotional emails, we may send product news, offers, and other marketing messages. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Even after unsubscribing from marketing, you may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages.

If we offer a text-message marketing program, the sign-up flow will provide the applicable terms, including how to opt in and opt out. Consent to receive marketing texts will not be a condition of purchasing a Product unless permitted by applicable law. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Payment Providers

Stripe processes payments made through the Site. Klarna and Affirm may provide payment or financing options when selected and available. Those companies may collect personal information directly from you and process it under their own privacy notices and terms. We encourage you to review those notices when choosing a payment method.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to complete transactions, provide customer service, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the reason we collected it, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You may contact us to ask about, update, or correct personal information associated with your relationship with UnmuteUSA, or to request deletion where appropriate. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the message. If we offer text-message marketing, the applicable messages or program terms will describe the opt-out method.

11. California Privacy Disclosures

California law requires operators of certain commercial websites to make specific privacy disclosures. The categories of personal information we may collect through the Site and the categories of third parties with whom we may disclose that information are described in Sections 2 and 4 above. We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the effective or “last updated” date. As described in Section 5, the Site is not configured by UnmuteUSA to respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Other parties that provide website, analytics, payment, or advertising technologies may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services, depending on the technology and configuration involved.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), applies only to businesses that meet statutory applicability requirements. If and to the extent UnmuteUSA is subject to the CCPA for personal information about you, we will provide and honor the rights and notices required by that law, which may include rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about certain disclosures, as well as rights to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable and to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in exchange for compensation. If our practices change in a manner that triggers additional California disclosure or choice obligations, we will update this Policy and provide required mechanisms.

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable state privacy law applies to UnmuteUSA, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
